Nature Africana Holdings Ltd is an Africa-focused holding and enterprise development company, incorporated in Kenya in 2010 and trading under the philosophy Sustainable Resources, Lasting Value.

The group was founded by Dr. Njuguna Njoroge, whose work began in 2002 with staple food distribution during Kenyas general election period and expanded into nationwide humanitarian supply during the 2007–2008 post-election crisis.

That work was formalised in 2010 as a commercial holding company. Today the group operates across agribusiness and food distribution, mining and precious minerals, manufacturing and value addition, and international trade — coordinating strategy, brand, partnerships and investment oversight while business units and partner companies handle specialised operations.

  1. 2002

    Founder's vision

    Dr. Njuguna Njoroge leads a staple food distribution initiative during Kenya's general election period — the first expression of a food-security mandate.

  2. 2007–2008

    Humanitarian mission

    During the post-election crisis, the initiative supplies thousands of affected families with critical food — maize, beans and powdered milk — nationwide.

    Formal incorporation

    Nature Africana Holdings Ltd is incorporated (CPR/2010/22197), moving from humanitarian effort to a structured, diversified commercial group.

    Multi-sector group
